The FC gate valve features a non-rising stem with a slab gate,
Full-Bore Thru-Conduit Design, Floating Slab Gate and Seats ,
floating seat ring body bushing design to provide safe dependable
service. It is available in flanged or threaded ends in standard
bore sizes from 1-13/16 thru 4-1/16 in working pressures of 5,000
psi thru 10,000 psi wp. Seat rings, body bushings, gate, stem are
easily replaced in the field, Simple routine maintenance program
limits repairs, eases operation, protects against corrosion, and
extends service life.

SLAB GATE VALVE (NON-RISING STEM)

Flanged Ends
The Non-rising stem slab gate valves are available in temperature
classes L, P, R, S, T, and U specified in API 6A. Gate valves to be
used in the 350℉ or 650℉
high temperature can be supplied on request. Gate valves are
available in 3000psi, 5000psi and 10000psi working pressure, nominal
size from 1-13/16" through 4-1/16",material classes from AA through
FF, product specification levels (PSL) from 1 through 3 and
performance requirement (PR) 1.
SPECIFICATION:
● Manufactured and Tested in Accordance with API Spec 6A
●Simple structure and renewable gate and seat assembly.
●One-piece and double-acting gate with long service life.
●Both thrust bearings with large load capacity and composite
rubber-plastic stem lip packing minimize operational torque.
●Bearing cap is provided with a grease cup to make it easy to inject
lubricating grease in the field.
●Threaded packing gland allows removal of bearings and stem packing
under line pressure.
●Both the bolted bonnet and modern bonnet seal ring provide simple
structure and reliable sealing.
●The sealing surfaces of the gate and seat are hardfaced for wear
and corrosion resistance.
●Wave springs are installed between the body and seat and between
the gate and seat. The gate and seat still maintain a positive metal
to metal seal under low pressure.
●Floating gate design requests the hand wheel to be backed off 1/4
turn after its rotation can go no further.
Note:
Under pressure, the valve is forbidden to be semi-shrouded, for it
will do great harm to the gate valve and great reduce the service
life of the valve.

The rising stem slab gate valves are available in temperature

The rising stem slab gate valves have the same characters as the
non-rising stem slab gate valves. For it is designed by rising stem,
the close and open of the valves is completely controlled.

MANUAL CHOKE VALVE
The choke valve is designed to control production rate of the oil
well, with working pressure up to 10000psi. Choke valves can be
classified as follows: adjustable choke valves and positive choke
valves. By rotating hand wheel to drive the stem, the adjustable
choke valve is designed to adjust the effective area available for
the flow to accomplish control of production rate. The positive
choke valve is design to accomplish control of production rate by
changing flow beans.
Features:
1. The coupling nut used for connecting the bonnet and body allows
fast make-up and break-out.
2. Stem tip and bean adaptor are fabricated from special carbide
alloys for corrosion and abrasion resistance.
3. Indicator lens with scale marks allows the operator to know
stems position and actual orifice area.
4. Turn hand wheel counter-clockwise and the valve will open; turn
hand wheel clockwise and the valve will close.
HYDRAULIC CHOKE VALVE
The hydraulic choke valve is used to be matched with manifold and
other assemblies, which is applicable for flow-rate adjustment, that
is, to raise or reduce the valve core location is help for
alternation of flow-way cross-area and flow-rate control.

STYLE CHECK VALVE
The
product is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 6A
Equipment Specification of Wellhead & Xmas tree and matched and
interchangeable with any equipment which conforms to API 6A
specification.
It creates the metal-to-metal seal by the pressure of the medium,
the more the pressure is, the better the sealing effect is. Anytime
the valve chamber can bear the pressure of the pipeline.
Valve body is machined of alloy steel forging with a stronger
machinery properties and reliable performance.
Bonnet is connected with valve body with bolt, the seals include the
sealing ring in the bonnet and the seal in the valve body;
The sealing face between valve core and valve body is welded with
hard alloy with good abrasion resistance and anti-scour; the valve
core is made of sulfide-resistance steel and the others adopt the
process of hardness limit so the valve is able to be used in H2S
condition.
The sealing-face of the valve core and the valve body is bead-welded
with carbide, plus rubber seals, which has

EXPANDING GATE VALVE(Interchangeable

The
expanding gate valve features a non-ring stem with an expanding gate
design to provide safe, dependable service in a variety of
environments, Its a available in flanged or threaded ends in
standard bore sizes from 2-1/16 thru 4-1/16 in working pressures
